Having grown since 1994 and now operating internationally, we stand for consistency, responsibility and innovation.

With our academy, the highest quality standards and strong social commitment, we move people and the world of tomorrow.

Because our specialists achieve the highest customer satisfaction.

Thanks to our industry specialization, we are perfectly adapted to the specific requirements of each customer, since every company and every industry has its own needs. Certification in ISO 9001:2015 and SCP:2011 ensures quality and safety for both staff and customers.

Connecting people.

Through innovative and customized personnel solutions, we increase the competitiveness of our customers on the one hand and increase the employment opportunities of people looking for work on the other. In this way, we make a contribution to improving our society.

TRANSFER’s company philosophy goes beyond business success — meaning not only providing the best possible job placements at fair conditions for both employees and employers. TRANSFER also embraces its social responsibility, both internally and externally. This includes caring for the safety, health, and ongoing development of our staff.

This commitment to values, lived every day, has been officially recognized through our SPC certification. We have also been supporting St. Anna Children's Hospital in Vienna for many years. Founded in 1837, it has become one of Europe’s leading institutions for the treatment of children with cancer. This shows that entrepreneurial thinking not only leads to success – but also brings joy.

The Youth is our Future. That’s why at TRANSFER, we’ve made it our mission to support young people in their athletic activities during their free time. We proudly sponsor ULC TRANSFER St. Veit an der Gölsen and Union St. Pölten Athletics.

Children from different nationalities play and compete side by side, united by a common goal. We believe that sport is not only a meaningful pastime for young people, but above all, a vital part of personal development.

Looking ahead, our society needs people with a sense of responsibility, team spirit, tolerance, and perseverance. Sports help develop these essential soft skills — skills that are not only crucial in the workplace but foundational for our society as a whole.Through this sponsorship, TRANSFER communicates its commitment to responsible and forward-looking business practices.

The society of tomorrow
is already taking shape today — in the minds of our children.
